Description
Woof Wear Hi Vis LED Tail Light Hi Vis Yellowis developed for riders who want to be visible immediately without hassle. When you ride on the road, at dusk, in fog or in changeable weather, it is crucial that drivers and other road users can quickly work out where you are and how far away you are. This tail light combines three strong safety layers in one solution: Hi-Vis Yellow, reflectiveandactive LED light. It provides outstanding visibility from behind, helping both in daylight and in low light.
Three-step visibility that gets noticed early
- Hi-vis yellowprovides high contrast against both dark and light backgrounds.
- Reflective stripreflects light back from headlights and street lamps and makes you more visible from a distance.
- Rechargeable LED lightworks as a clear signal for traffic approaching from behind.
Stable attachment non-slip fit
The tail light is secured withtwo elastic strapswithsilicone grips, helping it stay firmly in place. This provides a reliablenon-slip fit, so the accessory won’t slip around while riding. This is especially beneficial when the horse is moving actively, or when you ride out and change pace. - REMEMBER:The horse’stailis a sensitive area, and pressure/compression can affect bothsensationandtail carriage. Therefore, we recommend that youbraid a thick plait in the tailandattach the tail light through the plait(instead of tightening it directly around the tail dock). This way,the pressure is distributed, reducing the risk ofpinching or irritatingthe tail.
Tip: Make sure the straps aresecure but not tightinthe plait.
5 light programmes and long run time
You getfive light programmes, includingtwo daylight flash modes, where a pulsing light is often noticed faster than a constant one. Run time varies by mode and can reachup to 29 hours, making it practical for both daily training and longer rides.USB chargingmakes it easy to keep the light ready to go both at home and at the yard. - (Click HERE for more information about light programmes and run time)
Operation is simple:
Hold the mode button down for approx. 2 seconds to switch on/off, and click it to change programme.
The system hasmode memory, so the light starts in the mode it was switched off in handy when you want to set off quickly.
Built for everyday use and the weather
The tail light isIPX4 water-resistant, making it suitable for normal riding in changeable weather such as light rain and wet conditions. The reflective strip also providespassive safety, which works even if you don’t use the LED light.
