Reservations are made for sold-out items and extended delivery time at Riding Equipment's manufacturers. RETENTION OF TITLE The ownership of the sold goods remains with Riding Equipment until the purchase price has been paid in full. If the buyer pays an amount that is less than the total outstanding amount, Riding Equipment has the right to determine which part of our receivable is to be considered paid with the payment in question. This applies regardless of whether the buyer accompanies the partial payment with instructions that a specific part of Riding Equipment's receivable is hereby paid. Until ownership is transferred to the buyer, the buyer is obliged to only use the sold goods in a responsible manner, to maintain them and to keep the sold goods insured against fire and theft at full value at his own expense. Defects in the delivery must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the item. If there are defects in the workmanship of the item, returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. RIGHT OF COMPLAINT: There is a 2-year warranty on products purchased from Riding Equipment. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by improper operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention. If there is an additional warranty or guarantee, it will be stated separately on the invoice. APPLICATION OF THE CLAIM: Complaints regarding defects must be notified to Riding Equipment within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. The customer is strongly encouraged to make a statement about the product's faults or defects in connection with the complaint, as failure to do so may mean an extension of the processing time due to troubleshooting. Goods that are not covered by the right of complaint and that are received without proper packaging will be repackaged, and an amount corresponding to Riding Equipment's expenses for necessary and proper packaging will be charged.
