Independent Side Movement

TheMB02 mouthpiece is anatomically shaped - the slight arch allows the horse to swallow. The MB02 has no gate, which means that the bit is tongue-less. The mouthpiece has a cylinder in the middle that prevents the bit from "collapsing" in the horse's mouth. Since the mouthpiece is tongue-less, the bit puts pressure on both the tongue and the loader, Myler however, the bit distributes the pressure more evenly over the tongue than the traditional two- or three-piece snaffle bit. This model has a 14 thick mouthpiece and a wider cylinder.

Myler TheEggbutt bit - also known as a muff bit, is a bit with a "soft" D-ring. A D-ring creates more stability in the horse's mouth than a loose bit ring does, as the bit ring on the muff bit cannot rotate. Myler The eggbutt is available with and without hooks.

The horse is to be broken in or has just started breaking in.

Independent Side Movement

Some of the Myler bits are equipped with so-called "Independent Side Movement". As the name suggests, this allows the rider to move each side of the bit independently of each other. This means that when the rider pulls on one rein, the horse gets a very clear signal as only one side moves. This provides effective shoulder control and bending of the horse.
