Independent Side Movement

TheMB33 mouthpiece is Myler the high port mouthpiece, and thus a bite with the MB33 is the bite with the most tongue freedom. In addition to having a port, the mouthpiece is anatomically shaped to the horse's mouth. The mouthpiece has a cylinder in the middle of the gate, which provides Independent Side Movement.

TheKimberwick bit is with suspension, which provides calmness and stability in the horse's mouth, as the bit will lie still. In the bit ring, there are two options for attaching the rein - one option with small leverage and one option without leverage. The Myler Kimberwick comes with a foam chain that must be tightened under the horse's chin for the bit to have the correct effect. The foam chain means that there is leverage on the bit, which puts pressure on the horse's neck, under the chin and extra signal in the mouth.

Thehorse at Level 3 :

The horse is far along in its training or fully trained - it is cooperative and obedient.
The horse is relaxed on the bit and understands signals from the bit.
The horse masters difficult exercises.
The horse reacts well and understands the signals from the seat, legs and rein.

Independent Side Movement

Some of the Myler bits are equipped with so-called "Independent Side Movement". As the name suggests, this allows the rider to move each side of the bit independently of each other. This means that when the rider pulls on one rein, the horse gets a very clear signal as only one side moves. This provides effective shoulder control and bending of the horse.
