MB09 Loose Ring // MB09 with loose bit rings

TheMB09 mouthpiece corresponds to a two-piece snaffle bit. The difference between the traditional two-piece bit and the Myler two-piece is that the Myler two-piece snaffle bit is slightly curved and therefore ergonomically shaped to the horse's mouth. This increases comfort as it gives the horse more freedom in the mouth. However, it does not provide the same peace of mind as a Myler mouthpiece with a cylinder does, as the two-piece bit can still "break" in the horse's mouth and risk pinching the tongue.

A bit with loose bit rings does not give the horse the same calmness in the mouth as fixed bit rings, as the bit rings can turn in the mouthpiece when the rein is pulled.

Thehorse at Level 1:

• The horse is to be broken in or has just started breaking in.
• The horse is about to or is learning the basics of gaits, transitions and obedience.
• The horse has been ridden a bit, but is still learning basic signals.
• The horse has a challenging temperament.
